Targeted email campaigns, advertising your services and promotions, can be sent directly from your wix platform to an email list collected through forms, like subscribing to newsletter forms. The amount per month is limited depending on your wix subscription. We can set you up with branded templates as part of the website design and/or you can pay a retainer for regular, branded seasonal email marketing campaigns

A Blog is a good way to ensure high rankings (SEO / search results), organically – but mainly if you're able to commit to updating the Blog regularly. 'Organic Reach' refers to activities that allow your business to rank as high as possible without paying for Advertising.

STARTER SITE
BASIC SITE

A Starter Website consists of 5 pages, including the Legals (Ts & Cs, Cookies Policy, Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, etc.). A typical Basic Site consists of the following:

  • Hidden Home Page / Landing Page –
    (modern day browsers (users) understand to click the logo to navigate back Home) which enables us to hide redundant menu items, like 'home'

  • About Page – 
    This is to help your potential clients understand the 'people behind the business'. It's about them wanting to align with your Core Values so they can 'buy' into a business who is more than pure sales

  • Services Page – 
    We usually create you with a Services Landing Page with drop-down sub-menu items, listing each of the services provided. Depending on your business, if you are a Hotel, for example, this might be Rooms instead of Services

  • [Blog] –
    We can edit the standard Blog Template that wix provides to reflect your brand. Hover over 'Blog' in the table above for a short description to see if you are ready to commit to a Blog Page yet

  • Contact Page –
    This ordinarily consists of :

    • contact details (hidden behind an icon to make it harder for bots to spam you);

    • email form;

    • opening hours;

    • and, perhaps, a location (Google map) if your business has a venue for clients to visit. You might also provide a set of directions if you're a little hard to find. Anything that encourages contact

  • Legals – 
    For compliancy, you need to have the following information on your website, they can be in one page or split out into separate pages:

    • Terms & Conditions​

    • Cookies Policy

    • Privacy Policy

    • Accessibility Statement

Every website comes with a Cookies Pop-up to allow all browsers to tailor the cookies they want to be included in. This is a requirement set by Google. Not doing so is detrimental to your search ranking.

A Basic Website includes everything in the Starter Site, as well as setting up the backend of the website in order to track site activities like:

  • Google Business Profile (this verifies you as a legitimate business and works towards your rankings on Google Search)

  • GA4 analytics code and Google Tags (Google Tag Manager) these are used within your analytics / tracking to analyse if the current site is working and where you can make changes for better engagement

  • Basic SEO –
    this will be set up for every page, also further helping your ranking to be higher organically

  • Marketing Integrations –
    Backend setups for marketing and social media tracking

  • Accessibility –
    wix offers a basic set of Accessibility, let alt-tags and image descriptors that we will add to your site. In the Basic Site we offer an additional Accessibility Plug-in from UserWay that allows your users to control how they interact with your site in a more fully inclusive way. It's free to install but they have a paid version too that has more features if that appeals to you. The free version is more than enough for most websites

BESPOKE SITE

A Basic Site includes everything in the Starter Site and Basic Site, as well as any additional bespoke requirements to support your Business / Growth goals. If your needs are more closely linked to an eCommerce Site, the starting price will revert to that and priced as per any additional requirements.​​​

Wix is very easy to integrate with – if you already have third-party applications, they can be integrated seamlessly so you don't have to change your processes. Your website should enhance your business, not make it harder or slower. Depending on your requirements and goals, we can come up with a solution that you're happy with.

ECOMMERCE SITE

An eCommerce Site will be set up if you have services and products that you want to sell directly online. Where there are a number of items that need to be set up with description, price, sku code and even quantity – a 'store' is the best option. It allows you to track sales and conveniently sell online. As well as everything included in the Starter and Basic Site, you get all the back end stuff from the Bespoke Site as well as the following:​​​

  • All current stock added to the online 'store'

  • Member Account set up with email list collected for future targeted marketing campaigns and regular targeted promotions 

  • Email marketing setup with 5 starter Seasonal Templates 

    • Email​ Template

    • Includes automations like account verification email for members / customers, thank you email, reminder emails for steps not taken or items in the basket not purchased
